@gumbi, I'm still quite the Newbie. Out of curiosity, what would have done differently? (Besides not use flatworm exit) I guess I just want to understand how you could recover...

i have used flatworm exit plenty of times with no ill consequences.... it wasn't the chemical... it was that i under estimated how many flatworms i had... i wasn't prepared to deal with so many... i guess i would've done it way earlier... like at first sign of the planeria... i dunno...

it happens....

I understand, please tell me to shush if I'm being too inquisitive. I bought flatworm exit and was gonna dose my tank, but I used prazipro instead... Killed them right off but... I didn't see the bodies. I knew there were a lot, but I couldn't find them. So I moved over the seahorses to the quarantine tank just in case... For a few days. Would it be totally impossible to move some of the corals and fish as a temporary fix? I guess I'm wondering. Is there a way/time when your tank is crashing to stop it?

Ya Nelson, but gumbii comes on here and says his tank crashed, and you point and laugh. I think that's hilarious. And gumbii, I have all the coral you need, just make my graphic...

Next time get your self a melanurus wrasse . They will help with flat worms...

i did.. and he didn't eat anything... not flake, frozen or pellet.... and he just died... that's kind of what set this all in motion.. i should've waited longer until he finished decomposing and my tank was okay... but before the treatment, my phosphate and nitrate were already high... i'm pretty sure i got a severe ammonia spike as well...

aids...
