looks really full already.... start planning your next upgrade lol
No there's space. Lots of rock. I cant go bigger than this in this house anyway. A 90 and a 150 is enough although one of my friends thinks i should upgrade the 90 already. Its only been up for 3 months!

Thanks man. Just cant fit a bigger tank anywhere in this house, plus i like to keep the chalices and zoas separate from the sps. Pm me anyone if your interested in hiring my welder, he's great and is open to stand or frame projects. I think coral gazers has used him before too.

3 weeks in. I must have shocked the corals, several have browned out. Probably light change and stress of transfer. I replaced 4 t5 bulbs, maybe that had something to do with it, or nitrates. Lost a few small colonies but otherwise ok so far. Fish love it. Now its the waiting game to get my color back. Doh!

Thanks, although this was before the brown out: the only loss i care about so far was a nice rose milli i had been babying for a long time. My pink lemonade went back to the color it was when i git it 2 years ago (brown). Of course the vivid rainbow lost its color, it does that if you look at it sideways.

I'm taking advantage of this downtime to switch the ai sols to hydra 52s. I'll try to be super careful with the acclimation on that change.

Here's an update about two months in. I went to asia for a couple weeks and cabo for a long weekend, i've had some random rtn i think due to going from high to low p04 but overall pretty good. Getting used to hydra52 spectrum and a new gyre xf150

Purple slimer loves it

So does red dragon

And i can't believe what's happening to this piece of what i think is a spathulata. I've been babying it for over a year, its a no name from aquasd

Couldnt white balance this one well but check what photoshop did to it using auto levels pretty crazy

Man it had doubled in size the last year but it was .5" when i got it. Its a slow grower but starting to spread/branch and developing its color. Cant frag this anytime soon, sorry!

That no namer is really incredible. I had no idea there was a purple slimmer. I'll have to keep an eye out for that!

How are you liking that gyre 150? I'm thinking about going that route for my build.

Thanks, almost there. I used a par meter today and during my peak i'm getting 650 par at the top and about 150 at the bottom so i think the lights are good. Adding some phosphate x every couple days to keep Po4 down.
