Does anyone's tank get hit with NSL? I actually like it, although I have started to notice my sps seem to grow towards the side that does get hit by NSL. The incrusting grows faster and seem to have more growth on the right sides of my corals.
My tank gets indirect sunlight a few hours a day. By indirect, I mean it several feet from the huge windows, but the coral all seem to like it. Plus they don't get blasted when the lights turn on, same for the fish
I always wondered if it really makes a difference with the new windows being double pain windows not to let sunlight shine through if it gives any benefit to the tank with the sunlight rays getting filtered out by the glass.
