Check out the CAD Lights TIA-1220. It's rated for 250g light bioload and 150g heavy bioload. It's a conservative rating IMO as well. Age of Aquariums has one on their display system that's a good but bigger than what it's rated for and it's kicking some butt!

The CADLights skimmer is a great skimmer if ur on a budget.

If ur looking to spend a little more money, check out any of the super reef octopus skimmers. I have the super reef octopus xp-3000 and it kicks but. Pulls out thick nasty gunk.

On a budget, take a look at the Aquamaxx and Seaside aquatic skimmers
Want to spend a little bit of money, take a look at the ATB 840 V2
Want to spend more money, take a look at the Bubble King Mini.

I use a nac9 on my 180. I really like the nac line and the skimate it pulls out smells so bad it'll choke a horse.

I am a big fan of reef octopus I'm setting up a 100g with 40g sump and plan on using the nwb-200 from them, they have quality builds at a not so expensive price
