It’s not as hard as you may think. Even on a diet I’m never hungry, I eat as much as I can and lost 80lbs.
My lady lost 46lbs in 6 months and got totally shredded.
She does no cardio, eats what she wants and as much as she can. We weight train 2-3 days a week that is it.
