need help light for refugium

Hello received a 50 dollar home Depot gift card what bulb would you recommend for the fuge...would like to grow out kenya tree gsp maybe mushrooms. Looking for led type what would you recommend?

I use the same 1 except mine is around 6500k warm white

pfffft... get the cheapest, oldest, ugliest, yellowest, brightest florescent bulb you can find... an old light bulb will grow algae like crazy...

If you can find one thats around 3000-4000k, it will be even better.

i use a reef breeders value fixture. It maxed out my chaeto in weeks. For 90-100 you can light a really large sump and they do an incredible job. But like the others have said, for 20$ you can have something just as good =]

I run 2 bulb T5 and my cheato love it. I've used the CFL with a clip light with good success also.
