Need help with toadstool

Need help with my toadstool. It has developed this white markings in past 40 days and I can't figure out what's doing or causing it.
where the white markings develop it will eventually form form into a whole and the pieces start hanging as you can see. I've taken it out and used two little fishes coral dip and used a toothbrush and scrubbed it completely and even soaked the rock it's attached to in very warm water and scrubbed it completely in case of any worms or anything. It took a couple of weeks to open up again after that treatment but it came back looking healthy otherwise but the white marks keep on appearing and fragging itself of. I've got other leathers nearby and no problems at all.

I am not sure if that is normal but I have a big one and it was doing this some what a while ago. A side of the top drop off and I have a frag due to that. Now I see 3 or 4 frags being dropped off soon. The top is fully open and the tentacles are extending when the light is on thought. Not sure dipping and brushing off the white areas is a good idea!

Yeah it seems healthy otherwise.

Mine does that 2. Maybe it's just a cleansing if itself or something.
