Need help!!!

I just purchased some used,but in good condition aqua illuminations led lights with controller... I've looked and researched how to set up the timer and am having problems...I'm in desperate need of help..willing to pay someone to come help set up the lights...I live in Victorville near freeway...thanks hope somebody can help..:Cry:
