So your alk is very low needs to be closer to 8 at the least. That would be my first concern. There are more things needed. Mag? Nitrate? PH even.

I know it’s pricey, but the best thing to do is calcium reactor. Ever since my bud Ben helped me get one and set it up, nothing ever changes once dialed in

If its going down THEN you raise it back up that's probably your biggest problem, no stability. You want to keep ALK very stable to keep sps happy and colorful. Do you use a ATO?

You need to figure out your daily uptake:
Slowly raise you ALK to desired range, say 8 dkh

Stop dosing for 3 days once at 8

After the 3 days test your alk. Subtract that from 8

Check your alk solution's directions to find how much ml per gallon you need to make up the amount depleted

Take said number and divide it by 3 for your daily dosage.

Do calcium and magnesium while you're at it!

How do you dose your ALK? It’s super low. Are you dosing daily?

Raise it up around 8, but make sure you don’t go over 1dkh per day.

use youtube to understand the importance of water chemistry. You say your parameters are perfect, but do not realize having alk at 5 is not good, so I think the statement that everything is perfect has to be taken with a grain of salt. I would rate reef tanks longevity as

1 stability
2 flow
3 lighting

Yeah I do know but yeah I think it’s because of the alkalinity needs to be at 8
