I have multiple kits of netgear XAV2001 200mbps power line adaptor for RK, Neptune net module that's not wireless ready. These adaptor wil eliminate cat5 wiring. Also great for online streaming, ps3, xbox, etc. Also have wireless netcard 54mbps-300mbps and 85mbps power link adaptor (data) for non HD or high rate transfer. Sup mike, yes as long as both adaptor are plugged directly to wall and on the same breaker.

HOW MUCH? I need one for my ps3 everytime my little girl gets on the computer my wireless signal drops dramatically. I was told an adaptor of data over powerlines will help.
