Nice work by Mac, but it wouldn't be my choice for this site. I agree that it just doesn't mesh with the overall feel of this forum.

Personally I'd like to see something with a more natural look that includes corals, fish, clams, or maybe even an actual aquarium. JMHO

I do like the banner but I also agree that it doesn't go quite that well with the rest of the forum.

I guess I'm in the minority with the thoughts that graphics and texts, IMO, are very appropriate for a computer based/online BB. Though I do agree perhaps something with a more tropical/shallow water feel would be better. Get some blue/turquoise/green in there. I would not use an aquarium photo simply because different people have different ideas of what makes an attractive aquarium. Just my 2 cents.

I personally like the banner, however the colors of the banner do not mesh with the colors of the forum layout... With the current layout, I believe that a less obvious computer generated banner is called for... Not so high tech looking. More natural with possibly some rippling caribeen blue waves... Almost like the shimmering effect with halides...

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page on the left side click on the box with legacy and u can change, the banner would go better with the other skin I think.
