Although we aren't fully back on our feet, knowing that I don't have to sell tank I can address a few things.

Nitrates: hovers at 20-40 now even when a decrease in frozen feedings. I do feed a little more than a pinch of pellets 4x a day along with daily nori sheets. Weekly water changes of 30gals...although I admit I rarely siphon sand and never clean the sump.
Tried pellets again but can't get them to tumble.

Been looking into vodka dosing and looks like I'll try that for a month and see the response. I don't want to strip tank but get nitrates reliably under 20.

Phosphates: 0.5. Eeeek. Added a lot more gfo and it won't budge. I wonder if it's either an exhausted DI filter (about a year old) or poor lfs water. I don't mix my own; just use the rodi for top off.

Cyano: I did change my radion settings a bit and noticed an increase in cyano. However with elevated phosphates and nitrates I'll address that first and see if there's improvement.

Sandbed: who has any CUC in stock? I have 1 turbo snail and 4 blue striped hermits. Hahaha

I use 5 gal every day and a half on evaporation and my Di only lasts maybe 3 months.... YOU NEED TO CHANGE THAT! You live 5 min from me so I'm sure we use the same water supply.
