Hello all What's the most affordable reef light for a 30 gallon aquarium? I want to keep entry-level soft corals

For entry level softies, you can even use a standard HO Florescent light....but, might as invest now (if you have the budget) as I'm sure you'll want to "upgrade" on your corals soon enough.... Along with the black-boxes, I would look at Nicrew....get the 150 and run it at 45~50% and increase as your corals need.

As others have mentioned if you can afford it, grab a light you can use when you inevitably decide to expand/upgrade. When I jumped back into the hobby after a 12 year "break" I started with a little Kessil A80 and a month later I was buying Radions. In hindsight, I should have just started with a single Radion.
