New ORA Gold Nugget Maroon Clowns

Just wanted to share my new babies (they're juveniles) with you all... Meet Mad Max and Furiosa!
These will be my first Maroons. I currently have a Midnight Clownfish with a Wyoming White pair and a pair of Stubby Clowns as well.

Picked these guys up from Seaside Tropical fish in Huntington Beach over the weekend! Super stoked :D

I'll be posting updates of their new tank and as they mature and start to turn gold.

Be careful with those maroon. They are very mean fishes. Mine killed the other clowns in the tank until she's the only one left including her mate.
And they do take a while to turn gold. Mine took about year and half and still not completely solid gold

Thanks! Good to know. I've heard they're aggressive, but didn't know just how aggressive. These guys are going into their own tank without any other fish :)

Sorry to hear about your other clowns! How big are your gold nuggets now??

Thank you! It was about $300 for both of them. These two were the only ones they got in, sorry! I'm not sure if they are getting anymore in, but I know they were thinking about it because there was a lot of interest in these guys.
