New tank suggestions

So I found this tank and I have no idea what to do with it! I need to finish setting up my 150 but I could store it for future use. Its about 30 gallons. Frag tank? Keep a small lion fish in it? Start keeping tropical frogs? Sell it? Ideas are welcome!

is fresh water easier that salt? A lush planted tank does look nice

i got a old 30 gallon sump and a 10 gallon tank as qt's. but more the merrier?

I tried that and failed lol. My reef looks awesome but my planted tank looks like crap. There's algae all over it.
