What’s up guys, my names Abel and I’m from LA. I recently started a saltwater reef. I’ve always been a planted tank type of guy.
But recently I started a nano reef. Yes I know with nano reefs fluctuations are harder to control.... but I’m willing to learn the hard way because nothings ever going to be easy in life
I have a 10 gallon nano reef with live rock and live sand. I already have a couple corals like zoa’s and mushrooms. Most corals I got from a trade, like the utter chaos zoas & other zoas (dont know any names except that one)
I also have gsp! I did isolate it from my main rock scape because I’ve heard about how quickly they take over.
I’m running a fluval nano sea light, HOB and a rio pump. Soon I’ll get a skimmer of some sort... let me know if I am doing anything wrong as this is my first time ever posting and ever dealing with saltwater reef! But in my opinion everything looks happy!
You guys can follow me on Instagram @aa.aquascaping for more planted tank stuff and even nano reef pics. Thanks! Hope I learn a lot from this huge forum!
