Or you need to do what others have suggested and increase your nutirent export methods if you want to continue to feed that often.
I'm gonna add the npx pellets from tlf and add a Chaeto reactor for now. I can cut down on our feeding but only until our anthias come in next week.

they both do the same thing, but the cheato reactor will give you faster results and less tinkering too.

Also keep in mind, these will help over time, not right away, only real effective solution right away is a large water change.

I feed the sps corals maybe once a weekbut I hand feed the LPS every couple of days and all of the food is reef rides once a week maybe if not longer and all the Lps and fish food is pre-rinsed

I'd stop feeding the corals entirely. They don't need it, and SPS don't eat what you're feeding. imo most of the nitrate problems people have are due to thinking their corals need food.

Your main issue is probably coral feeding combined with not enough filtration. You're dosing nopox but there isn't enough of a bacteria base to eat it because you only have 60lbs of live rock. I'm not a fan of the ceramic bio blocks since they can leach metals, but matrix or siporax are good choices if you don't want to add more live rock. Like everyone suggested though you're going to have to start with lots of water changes.

Wait why are you reducing your nitrates...... I would make sure to dose bacteria after doing water changes. You are removing the biological filtration and the lack of is resulting in high nitrates. Have patience, there is no quick cure. Oh and I run my nitrate off the chart all the time so don't be alarmed. Just get down to 50-60 and ride it out

So phosphate is undetectable and nitrate is 80. I just shut off the algae scrubber ( I just put it in like 2 days ago so it hasn't even done anything yet) and shut off the nopox dosing. That's the only thing I could think to try to raise the phosphate

I almost never feed my corals. I thought I saw somewhere to feed them like twice a week. Actually I usually only feed them before water changes since the ones I have live off of light too. I have a small 10gallon system though
