I got this non-working hood from another reefer but never had the chance to use it. I tried turning it on but it wont turn on I am not sure what the problem is. It has the ballast and fans. A frag is appreciated but not required. I'm from Irvine, CA. Please send me PM. FCFS. Thanks.
