Ocean motion wavemaker

Does anyone know if this ramps up and down, or is it instant on instant off?
I have older Tunze 6025s I'd like to connect and remove the SCWD. I like the SWCD but want to ease head pressure and rely on pumps for flow.
Do you know a controller that does what I'm asking? Does what I'm asking make sense?

the ocean motion is the one that works on a drum system.. the drum rotates on the inside... mostly for closed loops.. what are you trying to do .. just use only pumps for flow

MP40w... They are controlled and provide a slowing of the propeller, as opposed to on/off cycles.

im using a jbj duo wavemaker with 4 modded 6045s and it works fine..

Really? What's the quincidence(?) of that?
Do your pumps chatter when they come on or do they slow down and speed up as OC says the MP40s do? Because that's what I'm hoping for.

The jbj duo is a direct on/off I think like 10 sec to 6 min.

no they shut off completely then turn back on depending on how long you have them set up to run for
