Got a text from CD saying that my tank will be ready on wednesday! Hopefully AA will be done with my sump soon as well. So lets talk equipment. I ordered a Vectra M1 for my return pump so that's taken care of. My question is what I should do for flow. Would it be better to go with 4 MP 40's or 2 MP 60's?
I ran 2 MP40 on my 150 and it was good for SPS. Stop teasing and let see that tank naked

I currently have 2 MP40s on my 60 x 30 x 20 and it's plenty of flow but I do have an open aquascape. I did add a Tunze 6095 down the back side of the tank to prevent a dead spot.

Got the tank up on the stand!

This tank is awesome and well built! Each of the corners has a thick tapered plastic strip for added support. I'm really happy with this purchase.

Why do you choose to have it recessed? What are the pros to this
I chose to have it recessed because I like the look to it. Wether it's recessed or flush the euro bracing does the same job. I'm going to put a screen top on this so it will keep in place and not slide off.

Thanks for the heads up!
Oh! my bad. I thought you were asking the difference between recessed and flush euro bracing. Yeah, I love the way rimless looks but water easily splashes out. Also with the fish I keep I have to run a glass top or a net so that kind of defeats the purpose. With euro bracing you can run a magnetic cleaner at the surface and the water won't splash out.

Something that I did was went to the glass store and they cut all my pieces and I built my 75g tank
