OPINIONS NEEDED

I used magnets for the back panel it I clean my sump of all debris every 3 days. Wipe down glass and sump daily. I'm retired at 37 I got nothing better to do.

Might build a new canopy. Different design or use magnets to create a removable panel.

Like it......I used 1/4" Melamine sheet to skin the stand and canopy. Embedded magnets into the frames so it all comes apart as needed.....super easy to clean/remove things.....and light

with your canopy that close to the wall, how come you didnt float it? You could use the IKEA floating shelves and mount the lights under it.....

I'm still debating take doesn't need lights right now still cycling. I don't trust anything from ikea hahahha

Unfortunately all 4 spot I have studs runs where the lights go. Though of having poles running through to hold canopy. Wife looked at me like I was crazy. She bearly agreed to the screw eyelets

I like the enclosed look. The tank I have came with a steel frame, so I built skins on the front and sides that attach with magnets. I also put doors on so I don't have to take the entire skins off any time I want to get in. Besides having kids and pets, the skins also make my tank a lot more quiet.

My tank is already to quite. Even told the wife the other day. **** my tank is not running.
