Opinions on mixing tank raised and wild caught fish

What are your opinions? I've gotten mixed answers. Some including lfs saying not to mix because wild caught might bring disease that tank raised can't handle and some say it's ok.

With clowns I agree... you still need to QT fish tho.

Not mix because wild caught have brook and tank raised can't handle. But if you QT wild caught and treat for brook. Then you can mix.
