I need to talk to who can fix my double payment for paid subscription.

Auto pay took out money last week but my account here did not reflect it and closed up my PM's. Paid again today manually hoping it would update faster - it did not. I cannot PM Mike because boxes are full without paid subscription.

Please fix this.

Or... the forum needs to give me the PM space that I PAID for.
True, but to help your immediate situation you could erase just one pm and then pm Mike. Personally I don't care what you do. What I do know is Mike is the only one who can help you.

No... I'd have to erase almost all my PMs. Its not over by one. its over by over 100 due to the crappy limit for "free" users.

The principle of the matter is that I am due something because I paid for it. I should not have to delete my **** because an individual is too busy to manage the site or the site is not set up properly to handle it on its own. If you paid for an item and did not get what you paid for in a timely manner, would the advice to just "accept less" make sense to you??? No. And this is no different. ****. I never even got a tshirt after all these years!

If I paid for something, tried to get it resolved and felt like I got nowhere I'd just call my card up file a dispute and either the other party takes action at that point and makes it right or you simply get your money back. Delete every last inbox and sent message and stick to the free account. Still not satisfied /happy with this forum? Find another. But that's just me.

And I think the man needs to give more power to someone else or pay at least one person to really get it all done. I saw him previously post that he is an optometrist. I figured I'd try to support him. So I pm'd him for business name, location, and had some insurance questions. Took him a week to respond. And he just gave me name, location and said call my office for questions. So I went elsewhere. And man was the dr a hottie. 500$ he could earned.

Only if delivery in "a timely manner" is clearly described in the terms & conditions you agreed to when buying a subscription!
