Pencil Urchin 2 Sea Anenome 0

Has anyone ever had a problem with pencil urchins killing aneomes. my clown is going nuts and I think he might die with the anenome should I take it out before it dies? It looks like the pencil urchin ripped a hole in it on the underside. Now it is shrinking and looking like it is near death. Candy anenome

Urchins do have the ability to unintentionally kill orals thats a risk you take...

wow..never heard of an urchin ripping a hole through an anemone...you sure its not splitting?

you can remove the anemone and clown buy those small hermit crab aquarium with the grill top, put both in it and place it in the tank, I normally place mine an inch below the water line since I have good surface movement, and let the anemone heal but don't forget to feed them just in case the anemone is on a rock place the whole rock in the temporary holding tank.

only problem with that is I cant get to the clown but I will try to heal the anenome. Maybe it s splitting but my other anenome melted after the urchin got to it. This one looks ok but not the same. The clown isnt freaking out so much anymore but he is not normal for sure.
