So I've bought 2 peppermints recently to get rid of the aiptasia in my tank (which they did wonderfully) and now I'm worried that they might start picking at my corals. Does anyone have any advice on this matter?

Peppermints are reef safe in general. I had some that ate some yellow polyps but never bothered zoas, sps, lps, xenia. I broke down the tank after a couple years and 2 out of 5 had survived all that time without aptaisia.

I'm new to the hobbie, however had the same problem with aiptasia. Had probably about 12 aiptasia. went out and bought a peppermint and he knocked out all of them in about 5 days. ....... Hasn't touched my corals

Be careful peppermints will go after your acans if you have any, even more so if you just spot fed them.

And before anyone ask yes they were peppermint not camel's
