PH Meter Question?

I just purchased a PH Meter, and the manual says to immerse the tester up to the maximum immersion level in PH 6.86 buffer solution. where do I get a 6.86 buffer solution????

thats a weird setting. All of my meters at work for ph do orp and everything else are always kept in 7.0 water?
