I bought some from a guy who made his own, it was like water compared to the Reef Nutrition stuff. I tossed his and just use the Reef Nutrition. A small bottle goes a long way anyways :)

Ok so I should get some roti, and dump them in my refuge and get some phyto to feed them and only enough for them to feed but not over feed so it won't remain in tank ?
