Does anyone here feed phytoplankton to their tanks?

If so, how much do you feed and do you see improvements?

anyone have some that I can try?

i tried photoplankton in my tank. the only thing i noticed was more algae on my glass. i didn't notice any other difference in my tank... save your cash.
