Rare fish. SPS keepers introduce with caution. If it gets too hungry it'll nip SPS.

Are you sure you're talking about Pink Streaked Wrasse ( Pseudocheilinops ataenia)? I've always had those guys with SPS. I've never heard someone mention this.
I have one and I have personally watched him do it.

However, I noticed he did this only after not finding enough food. You'll know if hes really hungry when he's anxiously looking for pods and can find none. I soon upped my phyto dosing and got the pod population back up. Then he started to fetch pellets I was feeding the other fish. The tenuis he nipped did get stressed and died.

Its a really rare fish. I would recommend whomever gets it to have an unlimited number of pods and should be good.

They are not brave fish and will have trouble eating if you have tons of competition from other fish. If other pod-eaters in the tank, that could diminish their food supply as well. Great for nanos!
