Holy flatworms batman. I'm not sure a single fish would even put a dent in that outbreak. Flatworm exit maybe and large water change, suck out the bodies after?

Flatworm exit is always scary because of the large kill, those dead planaria give up some nasty toxin and massive livestock death can and does follow. You have to be careful with both water change and probably carbon. I believe sometimes planaria worms can have a bloom and then go away sometimes permanently

That is an impressive outbreak

do use flatworm exit with this amount. i would use a filter sock in the sump. suck out as much as possible. then i would use flatworm exit, then do a nice wc. then i would add some wrasse that will eat the flatworm . when these flatworm die they release toxins and that will be back for the tank.

Whatever route you take do not dose flatworm exit without siphoning out every flat worm that you can see, or you WILL kill your livestock. For every 10 you see, there are 10 more inside the rocks. Don't use flatworm exit until you physically cannot siphon anymore out. And make sure to keep lots of carbon ready Because their toxins are no joke.
