I am having a huge issue with apista. I a have used alk paste with no luck. I have used nudibranches and they just died I guess (REAL waste of money). I am using a majano wand and it just isn't putting a dent in my problem. Do any of you have suggestion for me? I am rather like desperate to get ridnkf these bastards or at least keep them under control.

Peppermint shrimp are the devil...

Aptasia-x works, is cheap and Reef safe. The same can not be said for peppermints

Jason,
Do not put them in your tank right way (Pepper mint shirmp or Berghia Nudi), I recommend that you find some acclimation box and put them in their with 1 rock filled with aptisia. it is like the training them to eat cause nothing else to eat except aptisia. It is also nice place for Berghia to settle in or even reproduce as well.
after a while, when you put them in your tank. they will go after Aptisia like crazy.

I've used a little white slug.I don't know the name of it I bought it at my LFS,little pricey $10 each I got four of them with the major Aiptasia problem and it's completely gone. The strange thing about it is you never really see the slug they come out at night and he just noticed that your aiptasia problem is gone once they've eaten all of the aiptasia they have no more food source and they die. Wish I knew the name of the slug
