I use to looooooove sushi...until my husband got into the hobby then eating raw fish lost its allure for me. So, I was wondering: How many reefers eat sushi?

Always loved sushi, my dad was a real adventerous eater when I was growing up, so sort of followed that tradition, even though I was a vegetarian for awhile.

I found a Japanese Dragon Moray awhile back, and set up a tank for him, keeping him at the LFS I worked at in the meantime. When the tank was fully cycled, I threw a kegger and brought him home, and had several sushi platters as well-and for sure there was some unagi present (tried to find onagi too)

We've taken rice on the boat (old buddy had a 24 foot center console) and rinsed off what we caught and ate it within about ten minutes of catching it, yummy stuff.

For softness, try out the forehead on a big male Dodo, very super soft and tender meat right there.
