Purple firefish

Hey fellows, I have a 75 g tank no lid, interested in one of this little fishes but some sites claim they are jumpers, anybody has experience with this beauties!!

Wellll... I have had 3 in 3 different tanks 2 of them were purple and one was red fire-fish. all 3 tanks open top with netting on them. Out of 3 only one of them jumped because it was being harassed by my kole tang. IMO they are very skidish.

They are prone to jump if they get scared. I had one for a year before it decided to jump.

Thanks for the feedback, purple ones are expensive to see them end up in the carpet

Lol! having a little trouble deciding what to add next to my current stock 1 chromis, 1 baby blue tang, and a clown. any suggestions will help thanks
