Pwerheads Killed my fish

I added two new powerheads yesterday the hydro koraila 1500 and today morning my foxface died it was breathing heavily along with my bluetang and yellow tang. They are all breathing heavily and Idk what to do help?

It's not the power head. How old is your tank? Do u own any text kits?

What size tank? Do u have a sump?

No I have. 100 gallon tank and a 30 gallon sump

could it because the new powerhead stirred the sandbed? I would also check for the voltage... I had a leak for over a month and most of my fish were sick the entire time.
