pygmy angels

Anyone had/have a pygmy angel fish? whats the general consensus of these pretty fishys? any problems with them nipping on stuff?

depends on the individual fish I think...

personally I've had a coral beauty and it did not nip at anything, but it was aggressive as hell

Those two I've read are more likely to nip... And are a bit more aggressive than say a flame or coral beauty.

I have had a Cherub now for about 3 years. Does not nip at anything. Same goes for my Potter's and my Coral Beauty. I have sps, lps, softies, and a clam.

I've had a pygmy angel in my 90 gal several years ago. That thing nipped at everything. I literally had to tear down my whole tank just to get him out. I guess it just depends on the fish because I've seen them in tanks where they don't bother anything.

i have a coral beauty......pretty well behaved. very seldom do I ever see him nipping at things. He definitely is a shy little guy esp in a 180g with more aggressive fish.
