Sorry for your loss. To save you the heartache from losing another one, a blue tang shouldn't be in a 37 gallon tank. I'm not talking trash, I'm telling you from my own experience. I put one in my 50 gallon when I was just starting and didn't know and it died in about a month. After talking to many people and research I learned that a blue tang shouldn't be in a tank under 100 gallons at minimum and will often die as a result.
