i'm still playing with mine, but I use artificial mode. Started at max 45% brightness and have ramped it up by 5% every saturday..i'm currently at max 75% brightness and my corals seem to be doing okay. Going to shoot for a max 85% brightness this saturday.

My sunrise starts at 11am at 5% intensity-all blues, then 5k, 7k and on to 10k until 3pm, topping out at 45% brightness until 3pm

From 3pm, i'm at Max Brightness at 75% brightness at 14k from 3-7pm

7pm-10pm I slowly ramp down from 75% down to 60% to 30% at 18k

10pm-11pm it goes down to 20 to 15% intensity all blues again

I would use the DEMO option (1 minute or 30 second) to see if the settings you adjusted is to your liking, which is what I did to get the color spectrums I like..

demo gives you a 1 minute or 30 second time-lapse demonstration of your entire 24hr light cycle..pretty cool and let's you know what the different color combinations are, so you can adjust or keep it..good luck

+1 my fish were probably wondering what the heck was going on with about 150 sun rises and sunsets within an hours time :D
