I've received quite a few texts about this already, so I ***HAVE TO CHANGE*** the stipulations. There are quite a few people here whom I have no idea who they are. And the good friends I've made here do not want me to simply give away the tank to "bad" reefers, or for me to eat up so much money. Matter of fact, quite a few people have asked me to sell this tank to donate to charity.
So here it is:

Tossing in:
20lbs of base rock
1 mag float
1 unused algae scraper
New, unopened carbon
And whatever I can find that i no longer need, but the new owner can use for the tank.

Went to buy some plumbing for my tank, so I'm tossing in some new 1" pvc for return plumbing and some various fittings I have lying around. Didn't want to get too crazy with this addon, as I have no idea how the winner wants to plumb their tank.
To sweeten the deal, I'll also help deliver the stand or tank (I only have a van, and it won't fit both) so the winner only needs one trip. And I'll help move it to the final location. No go on plumbing help-I suck at that.
****For the runner up, I'll get them a Seaside Aquatics reactor, with 4" of 1/2" tubing to plumb it
I'm going to make it a raffle (similar to what JDEllis is doing). I'll go so far as to buy tickets and personally text/email each person their ticket, and have a neutral person pull the winning number. The funds raised, I'm going to go to Toys R Us, buy toys and deliver them to CHOC. The same person who pulled the ticket and/or gets the tank, can go with me to CHOC to ensure that I am being up front about my intentions.
I realize some people will be *PISSED* that I went back on giving the tank away; let me ask you this: if your child was sick, how would you feel if some random stranger donated toys to better your kid's holidays? I'm not rich; money is a luxury for me. But my kids never miss a meal and never go to bed shivering. Sure, I owe some people cash (who doesn't?) but I have a job to ensure that I pay back those debts. If you're gonna be pissed at me for asking $5/ticket to win a $900 tank, go elsewhere.
But I'm going to buy the tickets tomorrow, just need names on who's interested. I"ll be sure to post better photos once I get my camera out later today.

Update.
I spoke with Brian [MENTION=7141]igotcorals[/MENTION] who had agreed to pull the raffle ticket. Now, being that he had a young son, understandably, he will be closed Thanksgiving.
So the raffle will be held on Black Friday at his shop, which coincides with his sale (sorry for stealing your thunder Brian).**********
