I just had a Jebao DC-6000 die on me 1 hour before I was going to be out of town for the weekend. Thank god Chad set me up with a temporary return pump at the shop.

Anyone got recommendations on a new return pump so I can get that on order? The only catch is I got somewhat of a small sump return area ~10x7 max (the Jebao pump is probably the largest size I can go).

I do not want another Jebao.

Thanks in advance!

my tank is a tiny bit bigger and I use the tunze 1073.40. If you are insisting on dc pump, the tunze 1073.50 is great. lower power consumption compared to the eheim....which also a very good pump in term of reliability.. or the Reef Octopus Water Blaster HY-3000W so many choices for A/C :)

+1 great recommendations Vu...I am also running a tunze 1073.040 on my 55g lps tank and running an sp4 on my 180g fowlr...both dead silent and both energy efficient.
