hard to find indeed...

the holy grail of red mandarin is the ORA Aquacultured Red Mandarin Dragonet for $99. Since theyre are tank bred and raised, they are used to eating the stuff we grow and feed to our tanks.

A pair sometimes comes up for sale on liveaquaria.com, these are sold immediately since they have a waiting list and send out email notifications before they are posted for sale.

they also have an ORA Aquacultured Spotted Mandarin Dragonet Pair for sale $199.

great fish and worth the wait. I got my ORA Red Mandarin from LiveAquaria's Divers Den and it eats pods and nutramar ova.

all my previous mandarins were wild-caught and only lasted around 2-3 years. I was told thats typical. Anyone able to keep them longer? How about ORA, better longevity?
