Hello,
I purchased a new reefer 300 a little over 3 weeks ago and have had it running for 19 days now, collection cup off air fully open (as suggested and in the “minus” section) and still over flowing no sign of the break in process coming near. Have tried it raised lowered and also at suggested water per red sea. As of now it is at the recommended 8” mark

Tank is over a year old as well

and suggestions or recommendations?

DC or AC version? It actually maybe a additive that you put in your water that is doing that. Declor with conditioner will do that,

I also have the AC version. I would do just the opposite that everybody is saying. Turn the water valve down until the water line is at the base of the neck. If, with it reduced, bubbles still overflow into the collection cup, block one of the air inputs and or reduce the other one. The foam in your picture looks like good quality foam. I also have not heard of running it with the collection cup off, you will always overflow that way. It is the collection cup part of the tube that the magic happens.
