Due to the timing of you posting this, I can't believe its a coincidence and feel that full disclosure should be given to potential buyers: this tank has a known defect in the stand, recently acknowledged by Red Sea, where the top of the stand sags, putting pressure on the bottom pane, causing it to separate from the front pane and resulting in catastrophic failure. Enough of these tanks have failed to warrant action from Red Sea after many months of trying to cover up the issue by banning people on their Facebook page. They now have a support retrofit coming to anyone who has registered the warranty on the tank, and are extending the warranty to three years from purchase date. Anyone interested in this tank for sale absolutely must examine the seam between the front pane and bottom pane for bubbles in the seam. If there are any bubbles present, it's close to failure. If the seam has no bubbles, the additional support brace should resolve the issue once installed. There is a thread on the issue on R2R.

Two people strung me along promising they would purchase the tank and flaked out at the end. Lowering price to $2,300.

For anyone worried about the issue of a few tank failures, mine is fine. I would never knowingly sell if the silicon had any bubbles or separation. Red Sea will be shipping out a brace to all customers and extending the warranty to three years.

Just curious if Red Sea will be sending a support brace to third party buyers, buyer should be worried as this may not be covered under warranty and voided. Warranties usually only covers the original purchaser and not third party buyers.

You currently owned the tank, why not go ahead and request for the support brace and add it to the sale? You look like your still waiting for a buyer so might as well request for one now.
