Red Slime Help...

ok so my tank has somewhat re slime growing over my rock, its taking over the purple coraline algea, i already lowered my light hours to 7 hours a day but i would like to know if theres is anything safe enough out there to use, i have some sps and soft corals and my fish wouldnt want anything to die.

I've wiped it out by raising my ph via kalkwasser. It causes my skimmer to go crazy but has become my preferred method. I've used chemiclean too, it works.

+1 on the large water change,(is your source water of good quality?)
add anti-pho filter media
and turn your lites off for 2-3 days
everything will be fine
no worries

I use the chemiclean and dont change a thing in my tank and its all gone in under 48hrs. Also gotta do a big water change after 2 days like it says on the bottle. Also turn off skimmer and remove media during treatment
