I have it for 6 months loves to ear pellet and everything else that are offered .
He don't eat SPS , LPS, Gorgonians or BTA
But he likes to nips on my carpet anemone when his friend ( female scribble got eaten by the anemone ) now every time I feed the tank he nips at it and he have green face almost every night. Its 5.5 -6" very fat, healthy and king of the tank.
Again this is not a regular emperor but Xmas island it doesn't have the super orange tail yet but if proper nutrition is given it will.
Selling it for 300 what you will pay for it @ wholesaler

its one of my favorite fish of all time and trust me when I say I have a lot of of reef fishes. I wish Sudan emperor will be available again. I got a true Red Sea regal few days ago from Sudan, the colors are insanely bright orange not yellow but not a lot of reefer appreciate it. They only know that it is a regal or emperor but they don't know why location are most expensive than others they can't differentiate where it came from. I think Xmas island is the best available now for emperor right unless Sudan import some again.
