I love my value fixture. Look at the thread they posted not to long ago to see if they are available. The light is great, but it might take weeks to get it fyi.

is the value light controllable with the apex?
btw, is that writing on your wall with a magic marker?
On one of their posts they mentioned that they were still looking into controlling the light with an apex. The writing on the closet door is black light paint, good times....why you mentioned that, I dont know lol

It looks like the light is dimmed using pots, if thats the case it shouldnt be too hard to wire to the apex vdm.

I saw the writing and it reminded me of the 'Gone in 60 seconds' movie.

Just because it uses potentiometers to dimm doesn't mean it can be controlled by the vdm. The vdm only dimms a 0-10vdc signal. They probably use an analog signal like the maxwellen drivers.

0-10v is an analog signal. You probably mean a digital signal? A potentiometer is basically an adjustable resistor that will limit the amount of current flowing through the circuit. The higher resistance = lower current flow and that means a lower voltage. Lower resistance = higher current and that means a higher voltage.
