Hi SoCaliReefs!
My name is Puck and i live in the Palm Desert.
I have only been in this hobby since Dec 2010 so still a newb and I'm sure I will need lots of advice and have many questions as I move along in this build. All help and advice is much appreciated!
I am upgrading from my current setup which is a 40 gallon breeder SPS tank and a 30 gallon LPS tank, both plumbed to the same 30 gal sump.
New system is a Leemar 120 Gallon, 3 sided starfire glass, 48"x24"x24", eurobraced tank with black Leemar stand.
Starting with 100lbs of Caribsea Fiji Pink Sand. And roughly 150lbs or so of LR.
Spectrapure MaxCap 180Gpd for my RODI and Red Sea Max Coral Pro Salt.
Advanced Acrylics 40 Gallon sump, 36"x18"x16" with built in probe/tube holders.
JBJ Auto Topoff w/aqualifter and Adavanced Acrylics 15 Gallon ATO reservoir.
Bubble Magus triple dosing pump and Advanced Acrylics 3 Chamber Dosing reservoir.
Eheim 1262 for return pump.
ATI Sunpower 48" 6x54watt T5HO for lighting.
2 Ecotech Vortech MP40 Wireless ES for flow.
Eheim 300 watt heater.
Bubble King Mini 200 Skimmer.
3 - Innovative Marine Minimax midsize reactors for Carbon, GFO, and Dr. Tims biopellets.
Alot of this stuff came from SCR members so I would like to thank everyone that helped make this build possible for me!
And here it goes!! First pic of many to come!!
