Reefkeeper lite pc4 need help!

Hey guys! so i setup my pc4 so that channel 1 controls the aqua lifter ato. Channel 4 controls fans. Channel 2 skimmer and channel 3 moon leds. Everything has been working fine but the last time i put my system on standby mode, ch 2 (the skimmer) won't switch on. The pc4 bar shows a blue light but the reefkeeper shows it off! i tried putting ch 2 mode to on and it keeps going back to auto! help please! I didnt think this one would need surge protector since the pump draws a lot of power? btw its a rio 1100 pump.

Try reseting the unit

Unplug the pc4 from the wall and plug it back in. Same for the head unit
