There should be a manual online, did you install the driver?

It doesn't let me. I only installed one but the SID doesn't let me.

The manual is a joke it just shows you how to connect but not any troubleshooting

Just get an apex lol contact them, not sure what that means...

You can still program it using the head unit, just wont he able to name each port but the options are still available
