hey guys new guy here,
name is andy and i'm just starting in this reef hobby.
i got a 24g nanocube with:
20 lbs of live rock (probably could use some more)
20 lbs of live sand
1 perc clownfish
1 purple firefish
1 tailspot blenny
various corals
various cuc

That's the same tank I started with.

It helps, you should get one. Only other advice would be to get a HOB skimmer and keep up on water changes.

I actually have the surface skimmer but decided to leave it off for more flow.
And I also read that protein skimmers are almost useless for nano-tanks.

and yes very addicting!
i woke up early on the weekend to check out my tank lol
