Anyone have experience dealing with reefs2go.com?

I recently placed an order for a CUC not knowing that the CUC would be TINY! I mean the hermits they sent are not even 1/3 of the size i've seen in LFS's. Nassarius snails are half a pinky nail in size for some perspective. I got them for my 100g and not sure they are going to be effective. I've also heard as the hermits grow out of their shells and will attack snails who have larger shells.

Essentially i'm concerned I wasted my money going with them...any feedback/am I being overly concerned?

Hmmm, a few of us did a group buy a couple days ago. The shipment should be arriving tomorrow. I'll let you know how ours turns out. I was considering aquacon.com for next time. I haven't heard the best about them, but I think that's mostly fish. They have some cool corals, algaes, and plants though that I never see at the store.

I would purchase some extra empty shells for the hermits. You can find them on Ebay for pretty cheap. Throw them in your tank so as the hermits grow they will have some place to move into rather than each other's shells. I am "communicating"(it is a little one-sided on my part) right now about an order I placed with them. So far it hasn't gone to expectations but I am going to give them a couple more days to resolve. I will let you know how it comes out.

I agree.. the hermits were really small and the copepods I ordered were not shipped, but on
the bright side the fish I ordered were healthy and a bargain.

Second time working with them.

Ok! Mandarins were on the small size but pretty and healthy looking. Hermits were on the small size(pen caps). Clowns were pretty small. but one was beautiful. nasurus snails puny lol like real puny(Pencil eraser). White hermit crabs were regular decent sized. pretty big. Horseshoe crabs i got two. One was big(The size of quarter and a half) and one was small( smaller than Quarter sized) .

I LOVE THEIR PACKAGING. Came with two ice packs and very well placed. Came with an acclimation tube + Styrofoam box and plenty of instructions on acclimation. That was a huge plus for me. they really took the time to pack it right. I honestly think they just need to work on their sizes of specimens but other than that their prices are good, inverts fish and stuff look healthy and the deals are pretty awesome.

Cerith snails were pretty big. and the emerald crabs were average sized.
